Shamanic Energy Medicine

Please note this list is for your information, if a particular process resonates with you please let me know, otherwise during a session I will intuitively be led by you as to which process/es may come into a session.

• Past Life Awareness

  It is my belief we all hold the ability to access past lives. During a session often thoughts, memories, feelings, emotions may come to the surface that are perhaps confusing or difficult to understand, maybe there is clarity and a desire to further explore.With your wisdom and own personal knowledge, and my shamanic guidance, you may like to gently self-enquire as to these experiences that hold a sense of familiarity yet might feel unknown. While I do not practise specifically Past Life Regression sessions I do create a space for you to honour your previous lives with a non-judgemental approach.

• Soul Retrieval

  We will have done a minimum of three Energy Sessions before Soul Retrieval Journeying together, this is to ensure both you and I feel comfortable and safe within each others energy.These sessions will require up to two hours.If you would like to book four sessions with a Soul Retrieval included then I offer these as a block booking. We will create a sacred container from the first to last session and arrange for the sessions to align over the course of a period of time that feels aligned with you.

• Cord Cutting

  Cord Cutting is a process for releasing the negative and harmful cords held between people, objects, places. Cords can be created energetically through any level of interaction or meeting and can often hold us back or create unsettled relationships.Through Cord Cutting one can release only the negative energy that holds us to the tether. Love cannot be cut when using shamanic Cord Cutting processes, only the darkness that does not serve us well.

• Shamanic Extraction

  Carried out within an Energy Medicine session, extractions aim to remove affinities or entities that have become attached. This is a powerful process that is carried out energetically to remove the darkness, releasing the entity or affinity that has become trapped or stuck within the psyche and luminous energy field.

• Illumination

  Energy sessions will generally begin with an Illumination, whereby the chakras are tested to see which one will be worked with during the session. From there focus will be paid to that particular chakra and an opening and clearing will take place.This enables the body to clear through ‘sludge’ that may be blocking the process of healing.

• Ancestral Constellation

  You will call upon the ancestors you wish to communicate with. Guided to hold a conversation with them you will seek to ask questions and be intuitively guided with answers. This is a beautifully healing process to ask any questions you may find yourself holding onto.

• Munay-Ki Rites

  Nine initiations to Heal Past Wounds, Awaken your Conscious Evolution and Reveal Your Destiny.The Healer Rite · The Bands of Power Rite · The Harmony Rite · The Seer Rite · The Daykeeper Rite · The Wisdomkeeper Rite · The Earthkeeper Rite · The Starkeeper Rite · The Creator Rite · I have been gifted with the Munay-Ki rites through the Q’ero lineage. These rites have been carefully curated by Don Manuel, an Andean Q’ero master, and Dr Alberto Villoldo to be respectful of the traditions of the Andean cultures and allow them to be accessible to Western culture, being birthed from their ‘Karpays’ or initiations. These spiritual traditions hold great wisdom and power and are described as “seeds that offer great gifts of power. They are like the corn. If you plant the kernels deep inside your heart and water them with your love (munay), they will grow and produce great big ears of corn. But you must use this power for good” Don Manuel explains in the book The Sacred Andean Codes by Marcela Lobos.I have learnt how these advanced rites join you to a lineage of healers and shamans, who are available to help you fulfil your mission, to grow love and empathy towards all.These rites help to bridge the ancient wisdom to the modern world being mindfully authentic to the Andean lineage and ancestors.As I grow these seeds of power, ‘the medicine’, within me, I am given permission to share these with others when the time feels right, with an honouring and recognition of the traditional lineage.

• Shamanic Journeying

  Shamanic journeying is a powerful tool to promote self and collective healing, to connect deeply to oneself, to travel into timeless-spaceless realms to seek messages, answers and connect to archetypes, ancestors, guides and power animals, often retrieving guidance and messages.Should you wish to journey I will create a safe and held sacred space. Journeying can be done alone, in a couple or as a group. There are many reasons one journeys, perhaps you feel a calling?

• Resetting Fight/Flight

  This process is to bring the nervous system to a state of calm, balance and reset. It can be done with hands on or off the body with a deep connection to the heartbeat and rhythms of the Earth. This process supports you to come into your Self and land in the space.

• Power Animals and Spirit Guides Journeying

  Within these journeys you will be guided to the Lower or Upper worlds. Depending on the journey you may meet your Power Animal or Spirit Guide. I invite you to journey within a held sacred space whereby you feel into the expanse of your journey whilst I gently drum and guide with voice.These sessions are mindful and created with intent of allowing you to feel exactly as you need to, with an inquisitive approach. No experience is necessary for these journeys. The journey to meet your Power Animal or Spirit Guide can be done one-to-one, as a couple, in groups, and workshop environments. Please allow up to two hours. I would invite you to bring a journal and pen, some water and snacks.

• Despacho Ceremony and Space Clearing

  I have been guided and led directly from some Q’ero Shamans of Peru on how to create and put together a Despacho. A Despacho is created in ceremony and used to clear spaces, energies and affinities and give gratitude to Mother Earth (Pachamama). The ceremonial aspect of this is created within sacred space and is a truly beautiful honouring to the lands, ancestors and the collective. I love to share these ceremonies with others and regularly join world wide Despacho ceremonies to honour the Full Moon.For me, creating a Despacho with intention, using local fruits, plants and various other ingredients is a deeply humbling offering — I am honoured to share this ritual process holding a true authenticity to the Q’ero lineage I am blessed to be initiated within.Space clearing will involve me coming to the space you wish to be cleared to create a sacred space and intentionally and energetically clear using shamanic techniques.

• Fire Ceremony

  For thousands of years we have used fire to come together for ceremony and ritual. Fire ceremonies are a beautiful way to promote healing, to make offerings and to create community. These ceremonies will be included in retreat spaces and can also be done on a smaller scale with a candle and stick.When we blow our feelings into the fire and release the negative energies that cause hurt and pain we can begin to heal, to let go and free ourselves of suffering.

Animal Healing

Our beloved animals and pets have an extraordinary positive impact on our lives; yet when they are suffering we suffer too. I have learnt over the years that energy work with animals is incredibly powerful and animals are extremely receptive to this work, whether they are in pain, have anxiety or other such ailments and conditions.

I have been a horse enthusiast for many years and have a spiritual connection with horses having a confident yet calming nature on the ground with them; horses are beautifully engaging with energy healing and I am comfortable to work with them and you.

End of Life Death Rites

My passion for End of Life care grows intensely and deeply. Through shamanic guidance and my own intuitive healing care I support individuals with passing over, offering the Death Rites. I offer family and friend support and have a resonance entirely with how much compassion and empathy you need through these often very emotional experiences.For me it is an honour and privilege to be trusted in such delicate environments and my approach is both soft and gentle. Gatherings

• Monthly Circles

  It is my intention to create a monthly meeting and a space where you will be met entirely as you are. We will gather for community, coming together to feel held amongst each other. Each circle will hold a different meaning and community however will foundationally be a space to gather, let go of the constraints of life; to feel into a sense of safety and freedom without judgement.Presently no monthly circles are in flow, as I feel into the timing of these to begin.

• Retreats

  Intimate, immersive retreats, held in landscapes and venues that will create deep nurture, connection to nature and mind-body-spirit. Retreats will be half days, full days or over weekends. Please see the Courses · Workshops · Retreats page for more information on what is on, where and when.

• Sauna and Ceremony

  Within these guided sessions I invite you to find deep restoration through meditation, breath and aromatherapy. The sessions will be up to two hours long with three rounds of sauna and the option for a cold plunge.The start of the sauna ritual will bring a deep sense of grounding and clearing with smudging, followed by three immersive and uniquely different rounds inside a beautiful nature based sauna on the edge of an ancient forest.Guided by shamanic meditation into a deeply nurturing space we enter the womb to allow connection to mind-body-spirit. Enhanced by Eucalyptus, breath and touch this sauna experience promotes muscle tension relief, to restore spiritual harmony with yourself and Mother Earth (Pachamama) and a way to return to Self with no judgement, just a gentle guiding within sacred space.£50 for up to two hours. • Nature Walks, Forest Bathing and Yoga

  Alongside Paul Harris, a qualified Hill and Moorland leader we will guide you on different locations and routes that Dartmoor National Park has to offer. Whether it is taking a dip in a river, climbing a tor or ambling to stone circles and ancient settlements the time spent together will be an opportunity to connect to yourself, connect to nature and truly find your grounding within the magic of the moors. There will be opportunities to take photos, graze over lunch (please bring your own) and embody the beauty of nature through gentle yoga, walking and mindfulness meditation. Yoga

• Carefully Crafted and Individualised one-to-one Energy Healing and Hatha Yoga sessions

  Please allow two hours for these sessions, where we will combine Energy Healing and elements of Hatha Yoga including postures (asana) and breathwork (pranayama) and insight meditation. You will be listened to and seen with what your Body-Mind-Spirit needs in this space and mindfully and intuitively guided by Yoga and Energy Medicine.

• Yoga Classes and Programmes

  Deeply immersive Hatha Yoga classes and eight-week programmes to bring about mind-body-spirit connection, healing and embodiment through movement, postures (asana), breathwork (pranayama) and meditation.

Usui / Holy Fire and World Peace Reiki

• Reiki Healing

  Reiki is a beautiful energy source and one which I call upon through my work. I am often guided within a Reiki attuned way by using various hand placements on or off the body. Reiki energies will find a natural flow and complement all that I do. Reiki, like Shamanism, is a way of life. Reiki energy fuelled by Usui Holy Fire is a powerful tool I use to guide us with a deep sense of support, safety and non-linear structure.

• Teacher Trainings — Usui Holy Fire® Reiki I & II

  Certified Reiki teachings — where you will be immersed into the teachings of Usui Holy Fire and World Peace Reiki, receiving the first and second attunements, becoming acquainted with sacred symbols and learning how to implement these in all areas of life and gathering a deep learning into how Reiki can become a supported practice. A held container for opening the channel and learning to work with this lineage will be created as you flow and explore with these energies.No trainings are available at this time; as I feel into when the time is right to offer these teachings it will become known.
